I have a new requirement to consider Biztalk or any other tool for the below.
"Provide oracle view as service to end users through BizTalk". Say in One end, 4 different external applications accessing this service provided by biztalk and This service will be developed to access oracle view based on column value.
We have oracle view say 10,000 records with columns company,customerid,name etc.., External Applications will fetch this view based on company. each company have 1000 records and we have 10 companies.
When ever the application users do some transaction in their applications, these 1000 records should be processed through BizTalk and provided as service response. No transactions involved inside BizTalk. Oracle view should be provided as xml view to other end.
The main idea is client doens't want to maintain two customer masters and so he is providing view to external applications.
Should BizTalk be considered in these cases or any other mechanism/tool suggested.
I am also think WCF service can be build instead of BizTalk. But thinking of processing huge xml files in HTTP response might be performance hit. If possible, also can you suggest the maximum size of xml file that can be processed through HTTP or through BizTalk.
