Customizing HL7 Schema ORU^R01

Hi,

Can you add additional sub fields to an exisiting Field such as OBX-5 in the ORU^R01 schema.

The standard ORU^R01 schema says OBX-5 is a single field, but my client is sending multiple fields in OBX-5, Please can some one help?
