SSO Key deleted

Hi experts,I don't know..some how my SSO file is missing..Now Iam unable to configure my Ports..and below erro is displaying

Now how i can i again get access to those files..pls give me some ideas...Even am unable to take back up of MSI file also..pls suggest me some ideas..needed very urgently..
