not able to connect Biztalk 2010 to SQL 2008 R2 database

I have SQL 2008 R2 installed, visual studio 2010- installed and Biztalk server 2010 installed. But this computer was used by someone else who left the company and I got this computer.

When I go to Biztalk Admin console, connect to existing group and I slect Sql server name ( I am selecting this name by going to companies internal network   - -> locating my computer on network ),  *** THEN DATABASE NAME***  is blank. I don't see anything there.

So, I went to SSMS and after connecting I see only system database there..., and no Biztalk related databases. What is the reason for this and what should I do. Another thing is, in services SQL server is running with my login credentials but I am not able to start -

1. Biztalk server Biztalk Group - Biztalk Server Application ( Because it depends on ENT SSO)

2. Can't start ENT SSO - it says wrong logon information.

What I did was I changed logon info for these 2 services and 4 SQL services ( manually). For SQL it worked, but for these SSO, its says invalid logon information and gives following info:

Log Name:      Application
Source:           MSSQLSERVER
Date:               12/24/2012 2:26:17 PM
Event ID:          18456
Task Category: Logon
Level:         Information
Keywords:      Classic,Audit Failure
User:         ******

Computer:      ******************
Description:
Login failed for user '***********'. Reason: Token-based server access validation failed with an infrastructure error. Check for previous errors. [CLIENT: <local machine>]

And further down, I see the error,

  Log Name:      Application
Source:           ENTSSO
Date:              12/24/2012 2:25:28 PM
Event ID:        10503
Task Category: Enterprise Single Sign-On
Level:              Error
Keywords:      Classic
User:               N/A
Computer:  *****************************

Description:
The SSO service failed to start.
Error Code: 0x800710D9, Unable to read from or write to the database.

Please suggest what should I do? whether to re-install Biztalk server or the problem is with SSO  or with SQL.  Thanks in advance.
