I am getting the below sequence of events / errors repeatedly (at least ones in week) for the same documents. The documents were first failed with some data issues which then corrected and reprocessed successfully. But the issue is keep on occurring.

The Messaging Engine encountered an unexpected error while trying to suspend messages received by adapter "FILE" that failed due to routing failure. Details: "The instance was reactivated elsewhere and all work related to this instance should be abandoned.

Which database/tables in BizTalk 2009 server, that I can see the failed messages ? How can I get rid of this error? Appreciate any suggestions on this.
