Biztalk data migration from 2006R2 to 2010 on new machines with different domain

I have been given a task to come up with a plan to migrate Biztalk from one environment to another environment under following scenario.

1. Source environment:  Biztalk Server 2006 R2 installed in Microsoft Server 2003 machine and using SQL server 2005.
2. Destination environment:  Biztalk Server 2010 in Microsoft Server 2008 machine and using SQL server 2008 R2.
3. Biztalk source/destination instance will be in a different and separate domain.
4. We have got 3 applications deployed in the source environment and one of these applications has hundreds of active/running instances for a number of orchestrations.

I have been looking for steps how to achieve this but I didn’t get much help. I had a look at a discussion in this site with the title “Biztalk 2006R2 to 2010 on new machine”.

But in this discussion the migration is targeted between the same domains I guess. And therefore I have got doubt that few steps mentioned in this link is not going to work for me. Can anyone please help me to outline the steps in high level to achieve the mentioned goal above?
