Error with FTPS send port

I'm setting up an FTPS (FTP/SSL) send port with a partner.

The error is:

"An error occured when reading a response from the server "***". 
This usually indicates that either the server did not respond within the expected time period 
or the server closed the connection unexpectedly. Inner Exception details: 
"An error occured while receiving a reply line from the FTP server. ".
"

The FTP log is:

How to fix this error?

I was able to send a file with the WinSCP utility.

What is interesting. I'm setting up the Client Certificate Hash in the Send Port params, but there is no such parameter in the WinSCP settings.
