Design Suggestion: De-batching, Non-transactional DB - end system support, Performance

Hi All,

We are looking for a best design /solution to resolve our integration problem.

We receive batch files from our source system.  Each batch file in turn contains record related to an order like Order, OrderResponse, OrderConfirmation, OrderUpadet, Invoice etc. Each batch file sizes between 20 and 40 MBs and frequency in which they would be received various , typically more in the morning and gradually reduce later in the day.

We need to receive these batches, de-batch them, apply some business logic on each of the record (order, orderResponse, Invoice) and update them into a non-transactional CRM database within our organisation. So challenges we have here are:

What is the best way to de-batch this batch file of 20-40 MB with less performance impact?

If we use BizTalk, how to update the record with in the batch file (after apply our business process) transitionally into a CRM database? What are the support/options with in BizTalk to do this.

Please thrown in your ideas/suggestion and I expecting expert to discuss these ideas/suggestions provided by other and come up with a best solution.
