Error 67 missing operator 'new'

Hi.

I have a problem when i make orchestration in my Biztalk project.

In my project i have 14 orch files. Everyone of them is working find, exept 1.

When i try to build this orch file, i get this error message.  'ProjectName.MapName(PrimeASNRecMsg)': missing operator 'new'

Message i called "PrimeASNRecMsg" and shema is the schema i use in map. (Source)

But i have make 13 orch file, and everyone of them is working, but not this one.

I have trying different thing's.. like, delete and make new orch. Make new message. But everytime i try to build this orch, i get this error message.
