ERROR:When exposing the hl7 schema as a Wcf Serveice

Hi,

when am try to exposing HL7 Schema as a Wcf Service i am getting below error

1. Request Message Type

  Unable to load assembly "D:\TFS\..\....\....\....\bin\Debug\.....dll".

(System.Xml.Schema.XmlSchemaException) Circular attribute group reference.

1. My HL 7 Schema as a eMDR.FDA.HL7.Xsd this schema Consist of Following reference schemas

datatypes-base.xsd

datatypes.xsd

infrastructureRoot.xsd

voc.xsd

2. eMDR.FDA.HL7.Xsd Schema have reference with infrastructureRoot.xsd  butinfrastructureRoot.xsd and voc.xsd schemas don't have any reference with eMDR.FDA.HL7.Xsd .

Please let me know how to fix the above error.
