Data in TDDS_FailedTrackingData table not getting deleted - BizTalk 2009

Hi,

The DTA Purge and Archive (BizTalkDTADb) job in the BizTalk 2009's BizTalkDTADb was disabled. The BizTalkDTADb size had grown to more than 100GB. After enabling and running this job, my DBA tells me that the job ran successfully but the TDDS_FailedTrackingData table still shows row_count = 70,781,514 records. Apparently there is a hot-fix for this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/977289/en-us

I downloaded this hot-fix but it only works for BizTalk 2006 R2. Is there any hot-fix for BizTalk 2009 ? How do I solve this problem?
