Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN + Biztalk Server 2010 High CPU Usage

Hi

Yesterday, windows update forced me to restart my Dev environment.

After reboot following packages were installed

Package KB2761226 was successfully changed to the Installed state.

Package KB2729452 was successfully changed to the Installed state.

Package KB2719033 was successfully changed to the Installed state.

I noticed that the CPU usage was 50-80 % and mscorsvw.exe was utilising most of the CPU usage.

Googled and reached to this post (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/davidnotario/archive/2005/04/27/412838.aspx) and did what it suggested.

(ngen.exe executequeueditems)

Even after a restart, CPU usage is very high for all the processes and as usual blame is on BizTalk.

Can anyone please help me in sorting this out.

The worse thing is these updated are ready to get installed on my Dev SQL, QA Biztalk, QA SQL, UAT SQL and UAT Biztalk.

I already raised it before that automatic updates should be handled as per company policies and should be done in a controlled manner, but I guess its too late now :(
